Hostinger's €2.99 + VAT needs 48 months paid upfront (€143.52 + VAT) and renews at €9.99 + VAT a month. Our €3.49 + VAT is paid monthly, with no commitment and no separate renewal price. Over the first four years Hostinger costs less if you prepay; after that, and if you might leave sooner, we do. You also get backups every night instead of weekly.

What happens when my site hits its limits?

Hostinger says a site at its plan limits slows down or shows 503 errors, and the fix is to upgrade. On our Standard tier the site gets extra power by itself for the busy period and you pay for the server usage, with a monthly spending limit if you want one: usage never bills beyond it (your plan's monthly minimum always applies).

Can you move my site from Hostinger?
