Keeps running if a server fails (Standard)
On Standard, from €5.99/mo + VAT, your site always runs on at least two servers, so one failing doesn’t take it offline. Your database has a live copy that takes over by itself — in our tests in about 14 seconds, with no lost orders.
Extra power when you’re busy (Standard)
Featured in the press, or running a campaign? Your site gets extra power by itself while it’s busy and gives it back when things calm down. You do nothing, and you pay only for the busy hours.
Backups every night
Every site is backed up every night and kept for 30 days, on separate storage in the EU. If anything goes wrong, restore it with one click from your dashboard.
Security included
A firewall that blocks hacking attempts sits in front of every site, and you can see what it blocked in your dashboard. Repeated failed logins are blocked. WordPress itself restarts from a clean, protected copy, so tampered core files don’t survive, and plugins, themes and uploads are checked for malware every night and whenever a plugin is installed.
Your data stays in the EU
Hosted mainly in Germany, and always within the EU, in ISO 27001-certified data centres. Visitor stats work without a third-party script, and every company that processes your data is named in our Data Processing Agreement. Made for European businesses from day one.

Reliability
Two servers or more (Standard)
A Standard site always runs on at least two servers, so one failing doesn’t take it offline. Extra copies start automatically when traffic climbs and are removed afterwards.
Database failover
MariaDB with live standby copies. If a database server fails, a copy takes over automatically — in our tests about 14 seconds, with no lost writes.
Updates without downtime
WordPress core runs from a clean, protected copy, and platform updates roll out with zero downtime.
Uptime monitoring
Every site is checked around the clock, and you get an alert if it stops answering. We back a 99.9% uptime SLA, set out in our terms.
Micro runs on one
Micro (€3.49/mo + VAT) runs on a single server with no automatic extra power: right for sites where a short interruption during a rare restart is acceptable.
The stack
OpenLiteSpeed with LiteSpeed PHP, the Redis object cache and MariaDB, with phpMyAdmin and a WP-CLI terminal over SSH (your own SSH keys) for your developer.
Backups
Every night, 30 days
Database, files and media are backed up every night and kept for 30 days, stored separately from the servers that run your site, in the EU.
One-click restore
Pick a night in your dashboard and restore it. No support ticket needed.
Restores are tested
We restore backups into a separate site and check them against the original. In our tests, the restored copy matched exactly.
Media on separate storage
Uploads live on separate, replicated storage and are served straight from it, not from the web server, so a server failing or being replaced never loses a file.
Security
Web application firewall
On for every site. Blocks common attacks, such as SQL injection and cross-site scripting, and vulnerability scanners before they reach WordPress. Every blocked request is listed in the dashboard, with one-click allow for a false alarm.
Malware scanning
Every site is scanned every night and again whenever a plugin is installed. Findings raise an alert and show in your dashboard.
Isolation, tested
Each site has reserved CPU and memory and its own database, and sites can’t reach each other. In our tests, a site pushed to full CPU or out of memory didn’t affect the site next to it.
Logins and accounts
Repeated failed WordPress logins are blocked and recorded, and the login page can move to a private address. Your dashboard account has two-factor sign-in and an activity log.
Monitoring
Intrusion detection watches every site’s environment and every server, and the software your site runs on is checked continuously for known vulnerabilities.
Encryption
Free SSL on every site, renewed automatically. Platform credentials are encrypted at rest.
EU data
Where it runs
Hosted mainly in Germany, and always within the EU, in ISO 27001-certified data centres. Sites, databases and backups stay in the EU.
Optional CDN
Off by default. With the CDN switched on for a site, its images and static files are also served from locations across Europe, including Greece.

No. Your site runs on its own, sealed off from every other site, with its own database, and other sites can't reach it. We test this on purpose: in our tests, with one site pushed to full CPU, the site next to it kept running normally.
