Is €3.49 + VAT really all I pay?
On Micro, a quiet site within its included 10 GB of storage pays the €3.49 + VAT monthly minimum. New sites start on Standard (€5.99 + VAT), and you can switch a site to Micro, or back, any time. There are no bandwidth fees; storage above 10 GB is €0.10 per GB a month + VAT.
Do I need to be technical?
No. Backups, certificates, malware checks and the speed cache run on their own. You log in to WordPress from your dashboard with one click and write your content.
Will my site go down if another site gets hacked?
No. Your site runs on its own, with its own database, and other sites can’t reach it. In our tests, with one site pushed to full CPU, the site next to it kept running normally.
Can you move my existing site?
Yes, for free. Your current site keeps running the whole time: we copy it across, you check it on a temporary address, and only then do you point your domain at us.
Who answers when something breaks?
An engineer who builds the platform, by email, Monday to Friday 09:00–18:00 Athens time.
Where is our data stored?
In the EU: mainly in Germany, in ISO 27001-certified data centres, with backups stored separately in the EU. Every company that processes your data is named in our Data Processing Agreement.
