What happens if a renewal fails
We warn you first. If the wallet is short, the mailbox is suspended — not deleted. Mail stops flowing, nothing is lost, and it comes back the moment you top up. Only after 31 days without payment is a suspended mailbox removed. You will not lose years of mail because a balance ran out quietly.

Email, answered
A real mailbox. It has its own storage, its own password, and it sends and receives on your domain. You can use it in Outlook, Apple Mail, Gmail, Thunderbird or on your phone over IMAP and SMTP, or in webmail from any browser. Forwarding-only aliases are available too, but they are a separate thing.

No. Email works on any domain you control, wherever the website lives. If the domain is registered with us we write the mail records for you; if it is elsewhere, we show you exactly which records to add.

Annual is paid up front and costs ten months instead of twelve, so two months are free. Each mailbox has its own term and its own renewal date, so you can mix monthly and annual across the same domain. There is no proration when you switch.
