Do you offer a free trial?
Yes. Every new account gets free demo sites with the full platform — no credit card required. You get a 14-day development period per demo site; agencies can request extended development time, arranged individually. Billing starts only when you go live.
Can you help me migrate from my current host?
Yes. Managed migration is included with every plan. Our team handles the entire process: files, database, DNS, and SSL. Most migrations complete within 24 hours with zero downtime. Learn more
What happens if I exceed my resources?
Nothing bad. Your site auto-scales to handle the traffic, and you pay only for the compute you use — no compute overage penalties or surprise bills. The one metered extra is storage beyond your included 10 GB, at €0.10/GB-month. You can set spending alerts and caps in the dashboard at any time.
Where is my data stored?
All data is stored exclusively within the European Union, in ISO 27001-certified EU data centers. We do not use any US-based sub-processors for core infrastructure. Full details in our GDPR page.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. Grandhosting is entirely pay-as-you-go. You top up your wallet and pay for what you use. No annual contracts, no lock-in, no cancellation fees. You can leave at any time and we will help you export your data.
Do you support WooCommerce?
Yes, and we do it well. Our WooCommerce preset includes optimized PHP extensions (GD, SOAP, BCMath), higher resource allocations, and Redis object caching tuned for transactional workloads. Learn more
Can I install any WordPress plugin?
Nearly all plugins work out of the box. We block a small list of plugins known to cause security or performance issues on managed infrastructure (such as caching plugins that conflict with our server-level caching). The full list is available in our documentation.
How do backups work?
We run automated nightly backups of both your files and database, stored on encrypted cloud storage with 30-day retention. You can also trigger on-demand backups from the dashboard. Restores are one-click.
