One platform, two sizes.
Put quiet client sites on Micro, which runs on one server, from €3.49/site + VAT. Put busier ones on Standard, from €5.99/site + VAT: it runs on at least two servers, keeps running if one fails, and gets extra power by itself when it’s busy. You pick per site and can switch any time. Billing is by the hour with that monthly price as the minimum, and as your portfolio grows the per-site price drops automatically.

Build client sites on the full platform before you pay. Every client project starts as a free demo site — 30 days for founding members, 14 days standard, no credit card — and agencies get 60 days per client site, room for design rounds, client reviews and phased launches. Tell us you work for clients and we switch your account over. Billing starts only when the site goes live.

The dashboard
Every site in one list, with uptime alerts, error and visitor logs, firewall events, backups and cost per site. One-click login to wp-admin, so there’s no WordPress password to share with the team.
Staging
One private staging copy per live site, opened and managed like any other site in the dashboard. Test there, then publish the changes to the live site when the client approves.
Blueprints
Save any site as a blueprint — theme, plugins, settings and content — and create new sites from it in minutes. Blueprints are stored independently of the source site, so they survive its deletion.
Cloning
Create a new site from any backup of an existing site, to reuse a proven setup or branch off a copy for experiments. The source site isn’t touched.
WP-CLI and database
A WP-CLI terminal over SSH, signed in with your own SSH keys, plus a browser WP-CLI console you switch on per site. phpMyAdmin opens from the dashboard in one click.
Web server and PHP
OpenLiteSpeed with LiteSpeed PHP, the Redis object cache and a MariaDB database on every site, with GD, SOAP, BCMath, intl and zip installed.
Cost per site
Each site is billed by the hour, with its monthly price as the minimum, and has its own cost line, spending limit and alerts. Usage never bills beyond your limit (your plan’s monthly minimum always applies); raise or remove it and the site is released within an hour.
Volume discounts
Applied automatically as your site count grows: 10–24 sites −15% per site, 25–49 sites −25% per site. For 50 or more, we agree the price with you.
Isolation
Each site runs sealed off, with reserved CPU and memory and its own database; sites can’t reach each other. In our tests, a site pushed to full CPU next door didn’t slow its neighbour down.
Security
A web application firewall in front of every site, with blocked requests listed in the dashboard and one-click allow. Malware scans every night and whenever a plugin is installed, plus login protection.
Backups and media
Database, files and media backed up every night, kept 30 days on separate EU storage, one-click restore. Uploads live on separate storage and are served straight from it, not from the web server.
Location
Hosted mainly in Germany, and always within the EU, in ISO 27001-certified data centres. With the CDN switched on for a site, its images and static files are also served from locations across Europe, including Greece.
Handing a site to your client
Your client opens their own Grandhosting account. From Site transfer in your dashboard you send them the site; they accept it in their dashboard, and the site moves to their account. Nothing has to be copied or set up again.
