Do you offer a free trial?
Yes. A 14-day free trial with the full platform, no card needed; founding members (the first 100) get 30 days. Billing starts only when you go live. Then code GH25 gives €25 of hosting credit.
Where is my data stored?
In the EU: mainly in Germany, always within the EU, in ISO 27001-certified data centres. Every company we use is named in our Data Processing Agreement.
Can I install any WordPress plugin?
Nearly all work straight away. A short list of plugins isn’t allowed, because they cause security or speed problems on our platform, such as some caching plugins that clash with our built-in caching. Ask us before you move if you want to check one.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. You top up your wallet and pay by the hour for what you use, with the monthly price as the minimum. No yearly contract, no cancellation fees.
What happens if my site gets busy?
On Standard (from €5.99/mo + VAT) your site gets extra power by itself and you pay by the hour for it, with no penalty fees. Storage beyond the included 10 GB is €0.10 per GB a month + VAT. Set a spending limit at any time: usage never bills beyond it, and your plan’s monthly minimum always applies.
Do you have agency pricing?
Yes. Discounts apply by themselves from 10 sites (−15% per site) and 25 sites (−25%). For 50+ sites we set it up with you. See for agencies.
How do backups work?
Your files and database are backed up every night, kept for 30 days and stored separately in the EU. You can also take a backup yourself from the dashboard at any time. Restoring is one click.
My live site has an urgent problem outside hours.
Email support@grandhosting.gr. Our monitoring alerts us to serious platform problems at any hour; replies outside business hours are best-effort.
Do you support WooCommerce?

Can you move my site from my current host?
Yes, free, on every plan: files, database, domain settings and SSL. How long it takes depends mostly on how many files your site has, so we give you an estimate after we look at it. Your current site keeps running the whole time.
