You top up your wallet with a minimum of 10 €. Every site has a base fee (3.49 €/month for Micro, 5.99 €/month for Standard, ex. VAT). On top of that, we measure your CPU and memory usage every hour and deduct the cost from your balance. If your site uses minimal resources, you pay the base fee. If traffic spikes and your site scales up, you pay for the additional usage. You can enable auto-recharge so your wallet refills automatically when the balance gets low.
On Standard, your site auto-scales. When CPU usage exceeds 70%, additional server instances launch within seconds. You pay for the additional compute only while those instances are running. Once traffic normalizes, instances scale back down automatically. There are no compute overage charges or surprise fees — you pay only for resources while they run. Bandwidth is included in all plans. We do not meter or charge for data transfer. Media files served through Grandhosting CDN use CDN bandwidth, which is included in the base price. There are no bandwidth overage fees.
